    DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY FOR YOUR HOME LOANS. I have had nothing but problems with this company for the last 2 years. We forward payments to this company which should be there within 2 days and they say they cash their payments…

    Pros: Got a great rate, obviously this is why they are causing a default on my loan. Cons: Poor communication skills, poor customer service
