    I went to WI Vision to update my contacts and get new glasses. The first problem was that when they called to say my glasses were in, they also told me they forgot to charge me a $40 contact fitting fee, which I was never told about at…

    Pros: Easy to locate Cons: Hard to get to during busy seasons (i.e. holidays) because of the proximity to the mall
